Greenbriar Estates - Standard Construction Details

Foundation

  • 48" crawl space (full basement optional)

Floor Framing

  • 2" x 6" studs 9' framing
  • ¾ Tongue Grove plywood

Exterior Walls

  • All framing to conform with plans

Roof Framing

  • Roof framing shall consist of engineered pre-manufactured truss system spaced 24" on center with 5/8" CDX plywood

Insulation

  • Exterior walls shall consist of R 19
  • All ceiling shall consist of R 30
  • All Floors shall consist of R 30

Electrical

  • Underground service to home
  • 200 AMP main service panel
  • Electrical outlets and lighting shall be as per drawings and specifications
  • 3 phone outlets
  • 3 cable outlets
  • 1 computer network outlet
  • 1 door bell installed

Plumbing

  • Public Sewer
  • All interior plumbing will be PECS waterlines
  • Install shutoff valves under bath cabinet
  • Install shutoff valves for each sink and water closet
  • Install 1 40 gal electric hot water heater
  • Install 1 laundry (recessed hot/cold/drain)

  • Lasco Bath (or equivalent) and shower stalls installed as per plans
